Which test series would be best to analyse my level of preparation ??

How many test series to join ??

Test series play an essential role in your preparation be it GATE or any competitive exam.

It is one of the strategical aspect of your preparation that can create a difference if used with a seriousness attitude and proper planning. 

On what basis should we decide?

1. Level of questions : Questions level should be in accordance to the difficulty level of Gate Exam.

and should cover all the concepts of that particular  subject.

2. Analysis of Test Report : It should provide detailed analysis report  so that you can check and compare your preparation level, identify your weak areas and work towards perfecting them.

3. Video Solutions or in detailed solutions of difficult and conceptual problems.

Made Easy Test Series :

1. Preferred by majority of students all over India, so you can judge where you stand among the crowd.

 2. Contains good conceptual questions along with video solutions to difficult problems.

 3. Systematic analysis report is generated to identify weak areas.

 4. Few questions are repeated from previous year test series questions.

 5. Test Series consist of Two parts- Basic and Advanced.

    The basic one is in par with the Gate level whereas Advanced level is little bit on the higher side        containing lenthy problems but overall good for concept building.

 6. Its Gate Mock Tests are in level with the Gate Standards.

 7. Good User Interface.

Suggestion : Attend a Demo Mock Test and then decide. 

Ace Academy Test Series:

1. Contains too conceptual and few tough questions which is overall good for concept building..

2. Video solution for every problems.

3. Detailed Analysis is provided at the end of every tests.

4. Number of tests and questions are more so one can get lots of questions for practice.

5. Good User Interface.

Exergic Test Series:

1. Founded by Chandresh Mahajan Sir, who secured an AIR-37 in GATE-14 and is Ex-IOCLian.

2. Highly conceptual questions are provided along with its purpose in separate report at the end of          every test.

3. Number of tests are less but with good quality questions along with detailed analysis.

4. Report contains the importance of the questions added and what one  can learn from it.

Testbook.com Test Series:

1. Number of tests and questions in it are more, so one get lots of questions for practice.

2. Contains few irrelevant and lengthy questions.

3. Available at cheap price.

4. Good user interface and in much detail analysis report is presented.

These comparison is based on my personal experience.

I had enrolled for only two test series i.e Made Easy and Testbook.com 

Also my friends allowed me use their few tests of Ace Academy and Exergic test series.

How many test series to join?

          Joining one good test series and attempting it proper planning is enough to practice and analyse your preparation. Managing two test series is quite a cumbersome task as you have arrange your preparation schedule according to tests schedule of both test series but eventually it will be help you if completed diligently.
